Beyond shocked
So having spent 30 plus years in uniform I try to support veteran owned business‘s whenever I can. So I placed my first order after my daughter had found the site and told me about it. I figured well it’s hard to mess up spices so I can least give them a shot. Well they hit the 10 ring with not just this blend but all 6 I’ve tried. Needless to say I was more than pleasantly surprised and plan to use them well into future. Smoking season is around the corner. Can’t wait to use this over real wood fire as well. They have done a wonderful thing and have earned a hearty salute from me.

Hickory smoked Operator Ham
Had a left over ham from the holidays, wife wanted it out. Fired up the Pitboss pellet grill, set it to 225, pulled the ham out, coated it in Operator seasoning, placed on the smoker for 5 hours, and boom, delicious ham. I used hickory pellets, so this was loaded with smoke flavor.

This make the pork worth the slow smoke
Added this blend to my pork shoulder I was slow smoking in my Pit Boss pellet grill. Needless to say, the flavor profile added to the smoky profile, that sadly, I only got a small amount of. Note to self, save some and not let everyone else eat it all.

A Main Staple for Years
Me and my boyfriend have been happily using this product for years. So far, The Operator has been our favorite. We put it on our chicken, vegetables, and rice. (We call it assault rifle rice). The bottle will last a while as well. Great product, and we are happy to support Veterans in the process!
