Smoked Deviled Eggs

Eggs, large hard boiled and peeled (12)
Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp)
Avocado (1/2 medium)
Operator - Red Hickory Smoke seasoning (1 Tbsp)
Green onion, chopped (1)
Preheat smoker to 125 to 150F.
Cut eggs in half, put egg whites on a plate and yokes in a large bowl. Be sure to carefully remove the yokes so the egg whites retain their form.
Add mayonnaise, avocado, Operator seasoning, and mix in bowl.
Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
Smoke deviled eggs for 30 to 45 minutes.
Garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
