Used this on some smoked and braised oxtail, holy cow did they have awesome flavor. This has quickly become one of my favorite seasonings. This seasoning provides great color on smoked meats, not too salty and a great flavor.
Looks great! We really love this one is home made beef patties as well. Smoked ribs and a variety of stews are also some favorites. Enjoy!

I use a blend of frag out spices when I use my smoker but the biggest contribution is definitely Operator. Love this stuff!
