Polish Keilbasa Foil Dinner

Polish Kielbasa (1 lb)
Cabbage (1/4 head)
Onion (1/2, quartered)
Asparagus (6 to 8)
Russet or red potato (1 medium)
Red Bell Pepper (1/2)
Fresh garlic, minced (1/2 tsp)
Butter, melted (1/4 cup)
Parsley, chopped (1 sprig)
Liberator – Lemon Garlic seasoning
Ice cubes (3)
Lay sliced sausage and diced veggies on a sheet of aluminum foil.
Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter, chopped sprig of parsley, and fresh minced garlic.
Season generously with Liberator seasoning.
Add 3 ice cubes and wrap in foil.
Grill at 350F until veggies are tender (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
Serve and enjoy!
