It's what's for breakfast!
Middle East Cosine is great for breakfast foods, especially eggs! Sprinkle some Insurgent on your scrambled eggs and you will thank me!

Insurgent is AMAZING!
Love this seasoning! Just had it on chicken and served it with naan bread and tatziki. I also put some in my homemade labneh and OMG! Please keep making this!!!

Glad you enjoy it! It's great for pita bread, too.
This is my favorite premade Za'atar ever
So I will not say this beats my Gidda's but it comes close. It defiantly slays my own blend I find it awesome on tri-tip (blend with oil to make a loose paste, rub on cold tri-tip until WELL coated, sprinkle with salt (or if you are me, Trinidad Maruga Scorpion pepper salt) let rest to room temp, cook over charcoal to rare, finish in a smoker with a 1:1:1 mix of cherry, apple, and pecan wood to med-rare (~45-1hr) or preferred doneness... serve in a pita with tzatziki, red shatta pepper sauce (if you can find that dopeness), tomato, hand ripped butter lettuce or romaine, grilled eggplant (using the same seasoning) top with pickles or pickled radish. I get asked all the time at my American Legion hall to cook this, and now that I have run out of Frag Out I cannot wait for the next drop.

You have got the application down to a science! Sounds incredible. 220 days until the next Insurgent drop! Hang in there, brother.
