It definitely should! If you're using a very long smoke or cook time, we do recommend a second application of spice (for all our blends!) after removing from heat and just prior to serving. This brings back the full kick that sometimes mellows with those longer cook times.

Used the **** chicken to make some wings because we loved the **** wings we had in Jamaica where we got married. This did not disappoint! Coated the wings in the seasoning, smoked them for a bit and finished them in the air fryer for a great crunch. 10/10 in my book!
