Ingredients
Thick cut chops (2)

Red Line – Honey Chipotle seasoning (3 Tbsp)
Honey (6 Tbsp)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Directions
Rub pork chops with garlic over bone and over meat to form a light garlic paste over the meat.
Season with 1/2 Tbsp Red Line seasoning on each pork chop, and work it into the meat.
Mix 2 Tbsp Red Line seasoning with 4 Tbsp warm honey (microwave honey slightly until smooth, liquid consistency).
Brush each pork chop with half of the honey mixture.
Sear chops for 3 minutes per side on hottest part of grill.
Move meat to indirect flame and continue grilling at 350F until done (no pink), or until meat reaches an internal temp of 145F (approximately 20 to 22 mins). Half way through, flip and brush each side with remaining honey mixture.
Move pork chops to a cutting board and cover with foil for 10 minutes to allow the juice to settle into the meat.
