Frag Out Flavor
Chicken breasts (4 to 5)
Bell peppers, diced (2)
Onion, diced (1)
Corn (1 can drained)
Tomato sauce (1 can, approximately 15 oz)
Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (2 cans, 12 oz each)
Medic - Jamaican Jerk seasoning (3 Tbsp)
Black beans (1 can drained)
Place chicken in crock pot.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and add to crock pot.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Pull chicken out and shred completely.
Place shredded chicken back into crock pot.
Serve with source cream, cheese, avocado, and corn bread as desired. Enjoy!
