Grilled Lime Pepper Salmon

Blue Line – Lime Pepper seasoning
Season thawed salmon fillets generously with Blue Line
Let sit for 15 minutes in refrigerator, followed by 15 minutes at
Wrap fillets in foil.
Grill or bake at 350F for 15 minutes, testing for doneness. Meat should be moist, but flakey. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
Serve and enjoy!
Heat a cast iron skillet in grill as salmon is cooking. Just prior to the salmon being fully cooked, add 2 Tbsp olive oil and place the salmon skin side up into the skillet. Remove skin and blood by gently scraping with a spatula. Sprinkle with extra Blue Line seasoning if desired. Flip and sear the other side. Remove, and serve immediately.
