Fatty Cake French Toast

Fatty Cake – Chocolate Cake seasoning (2 1/2 Tbsp)
Bread (4 slices)
Milk (1/2 cup)
White sugar (1/6 cup)
Eggs (2 large)
Baking powder (1/8 tsp)
Mix 1/2 cup milk, 1/6 cup white sugar, 2 large eggs, 1/8 tsp baking soda, and 2 1/2 tsp Fatty Cake seasoning in a bowl.
Heat a large skillet or griddle to medium heat.
Soak each slice of bread until the mixture is through and through, about 5 to 15 seconds per side depending on the thickness of the bread.
Place the soaked bread slices on the skillet and cook for approximately 2 minutes per side, or until no longer shiny/wet. Cut into a piece to make sure it’s been cooked all the way through.
Serve with syrup, whip cream, and strawberries as desired. Enjoy!
