Ingredients
Ground beef (1 lb)
Garlic, minced (1/2 Tbsp)
Yellow onion, diced (1 medium)
Green bell pepper, diced (1/2)
Celery, diced (1 stalk)
Bush’s Maple and Cured Bacon Baked Beans
(1 28oz can)
Ketchup (1 cup)
Mustard (1 Tbsp)
Brown sugar (1 to 2 tsp)

Constitution - Sweet & Smoky seasoning (1 to 2 Tbsp)
Bacon (6 strips)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Sauté onion, bell peppers, celery, and minced garlic until onion is transparent on stove top.
Cook ground beef in onion/garlic mixture.
Once meat is cooked through, add 1 to 2 Tbsp Constitution seasoning and mix well.
Add 28 oz can of beans and 1 cup ketchup to mixture. Stir well.
Put mixture in an uncovered dutch oven (or 9x9 inch glass pan with non-stick cooking spray) and place in the oven for 60 minutes, until rich and bubbly.
Cook 6 strips of bacon.
Remove the bacon and crumble into small pieces.
Sprinkle bacon prior to serving, and enjoy!
Pro Tip
Substitute Constitution seasoning with Purple Heart seasoning.
