Chicken & Rice Casserole
Frag Out Flavor
Cooked chicken, shredded or diced (3 to 4 cups)
Cooked ham (2 cups)
Onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
Cream of chicken soup (1 can, approximately 11 oz)
Rice, cooked (1 1/2 cups)
Swiss cheese, shredded (1 cup)
Combat Canary - Poultry Seasoning (1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp)
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix chicken, ham, onion, cream of chicken soup, rice, Combat Canary seasoning, 3/4 cup Swiss cheese. For those with little to no spice tolerance, we recommend 1 1/2 Tbsp of Combat Canary seasoning.
Move mixture into a 9x13 inch pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook in oven for 1 hour.
Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top.
Put back in oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve and enjoy!
Cook chicken ahead of time in a pan with extra Combat Canary to enhance flavor.
