Ingredients

Chuck roast (3 lbs)
Chem Ops - Savory Rub (2 Tbsp)
Beef bouillon cubes (5)
Dried onion soup mix (1 packet)

Directions

Season roast with Chem Ops seasoning.
Place roast in crock pot or slow cooker.
Add dried onion soup mix over top of the meat. Do NOT add water.
Add beef bouillon cubes.
Roast on high till meat is easily sliced into chunks or shredded.
Enjoy over / with your favorite sides (garlic roast mashed potatoes, buns, etc.).
