Breakfast sausage (1 lb)
Eggs, large (12)
Hashbrowns (2 cups)
Bell pepper, diced (1/2)
Onion, diced (1/2)
Purple Heart - Maple Bacon seasoning (4 tsp)
Cook breakfast sausage in a large skillet until fully cooked.
Mix 1 tsp Purple Heart seasoning into sausage.
In a separate skillet, cook the hashbrowns, bell pepper, onion, and 1 tsp Purple Heart seasoning until fully cooked. Hashbrowns should be soft and browned.
Mix breakfast sausage and hashbrown mixture into a large skillet, along with 12 eggs and 2 tsp Purple Heart seasoning.
Cook entire mixture until eggs are cooked through.
Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet on low heat.
Fill each tortilla with mixture to form breakfast burritos.
Serve with your favorite garnishes. We recommend sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Enjoy!
