Blackened Shrimp Bites
2-3 (appetizer sized)

Melt 2tbsp butter in a saucepan.
Add 20 to 30 tailless, peeled, deveined shrimp.
Sauté shrimp until cooked through – DO NOT OVERCOOK. Stir frequently.
Add Blackout seasoning to taste.
Slice Kielbasa sausage into 1/4 inch thick slices.
In a separate saucepan, cook the sausage slices until lightly warmed through and slightly browned.
Slice cucumber into individual 1/4 inch thick slices. You need one per piece of shrimp.
Mash avocados into guacamole. If available, mix in Blue Line seasoning (lime pepper) to taste.
Place a small spoonful of guacamole onto each slice of cucumber, a slice of sausage, and a shrimp on top. Enjoy!
